"I brought my car to Ray and Sam at PJ Automotive on the advice of a friend after working with some very dishonest repair shops, Ray and Sam took the time to listen to the situation that I was having with my car and the bad experiences I had previously trying to get my car repaired. Before bringing my car to P J Automotive I was 3 weeks without a car. I brought my car to PJ Automotive on a Thursday evening and the very next morning Ray called me to say the car was fixed and the cost was only $95. To say I was happy would be an understatement! The other two shops quoted me as follows: one wanted $1,300 and another said it needed a $3,000 brake repair. In a world full of deceitful and dishonest people, Ray and Sam are a refreshing reprieve. "I contacted PJ Auto Repair 08/18 in search of a used tire for my vehicle. I did not want to waste unnecessary money on a tire for a vehicle that I am due to trade in at the end of the month. Sam answered the phone and explained that they did not sell used tires due to liability concerns however he will be able to provide me with a new one by lunch time. I further explained to Sam that unfortunately a new tire was not in my budget as I was getting rid of the vehicle. Sam inquired about the type of vehicle I was interested in getting. When I gave him the two selections, he throughly and professionally gave me his opinion on the reliability of one of the vehicles eventhough he knew I would be taking my used tires search business somewhere else. The information he provided was of personal decision which shows that this place cares about customers, eventhough I officially was not. Other places possibly would have ended the call however he continued to offer assistance. I never write review but the action of Sam's behavior today reassures me that there are good, honest companies out there who are still willing to help even if not for profit.
